Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Embedded Hardware Engineer - Medical Devices at Prodancy Pvt Ltd. The Embedded Hardware Engineer will be responsible for hardware development, circuit design, electronics hardware design, and computer hardware for medical devices.
We are looking to rapidly expand our team and hence looking engineers with keen interest in learning, and taking up challenges..

Qualifications

  • Hardware Development and Circuit Design skills
  • Design and analyze electronic circuits, schematics and PCB.
  • Assemble and test circuits on breadboards and PCBs.
  • Troubleshoot and debug electronic circuits, firmware, and system-level issues.
  • Work with optics and laser control systems
  • Collaborate with the hardware and software teams for system integration.
  • Create and maintain documentation for designs, test procedures.
  • Assist in Schematic Design, PCB layout and component selection.
  • Work on power management, sensor integration, and communication protocols (UART, I2C, SPI, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems, or a related field
  • Experience: 1- 2 year in electronics and embedded systems development.

Skills Required:

  • Understanding of circuit schematics and PCB design.
  • Experience with PCB design software like EasyEDA, Eagle, Altium, or KiCad.
  • Hands-on experience with breadboard testing and debugging.
  • Familiarity with debugging tools like oscilloscopes and logic analyzers.
  • Understanding Data sheets and Circuit designing
  • Basic knowledge of power electronics, sensors, and communication protocols.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Plus Points):

· Knowledge of optics and laser control.

· Experience with single-board computers (SBCs) like Raspberry Pi, Radxa Zero.

· Experience with PCB design software like EasyEDA, Eagle, Altium, or KiCad.
