About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Operations & Business Development Manager to streamline our sales processes and nurture repeat business from key clients and architects. The role is split evenly between managing internal sales operations and driving new and repeat business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations
- Oversee end-to-end sales workflow from inquiry to order confirmation and project handover.
- Coordinate between sales, purchase, and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and track sales metrics and pipeline.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales reports and performance dashboards.
- Support quotation preparation, proposal documentation, and follow-ups.
Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, and design partners.
- Identify and convert repeat and referral business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing to plan engagement activities, events, and campaigns.
- Represent Zakman Techs brand in client meetings and industry forums.
- Achieve revenue and relationship growth targets from assigned accounts.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–8 years of experience in sales operations, account management, or business development (preferably in automation, AV, or luxury interiors industry).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project coordination and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Excel, and sales reporting.
