Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Device sectors
. We help Indian and global companies navigate complex compliance landscapes, obtain necessary certifications (CDSCO, BIS, Legal Metrology, etc.), and successfully establish their presence in the Indian market.
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Business Development Executive (B.Pharm background preferred)
to join our growing team and drive business growth through effective communication, relationship management, and strategic client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in
pharmaceutical, medical device, and cosmetic sectors
and generate new business opportunities. - Understand client requirements related to
regulatory approvals, certifications, and market access
and present suitable service solutions. - Develop and maintain
long-term relationships
with key decision-makers and stakeholders. - Conduct meetings, calls, and presentations to
convince prospects
and close deals effectively. - Negotiate commercial terms, proposals, and retainers with professionalism and strategic insight.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Regulatory, Marketing, Operations) to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in
Zoho CRM
. - Meet and exceed
monthly and quarterly sales targets
.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
or equivalent scientific qualification (Required).
1–4 years of experience in
business development / client acquisition
, preferably in
pharma, medical device, or regulatory consulting
sectors.
Excellent
communication
,
negotiation
, and
convincing
skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for
relationship building
and client service.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and confident in presenting to senior professionals.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred), MS Office, and LinkedIn outreach.
