Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Second Division Assistant at the Revenue Department, Govt. Of Karnataka, located in Bengaluru. The Second Division Assistant will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, assisting in the preparation of reports, and supporting higher officials in day-to-day operations. The role includes data entry, file management, customer service, and ensuring compliance with departmental policies and procedures. The individual is expected to assist with various clerical duties and support the smooth functioning of the office.
Qualifications
- Adequate proficiency in administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and record-keeping
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to assist in the preparation of reports and documents
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with office equipment, software, and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local government policies and procedures is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
