Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible posting jobs on hiring websites, selecting the candidates and onboarding. .

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment and employee relations
  • A very good experience of posting jobs on Linkedin, and other websites.
  • Good experience of hiring blue collar workers and their supervisors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the industrial or mining sector is a plus
