Job Opportunity – Senior STIBO Developer / STIBO STEP MDM Consultant

Location:
Hyderabad & Visakhapatnam (Onsite – Immediate Requirement)

Job Summary

We are seeking a
Senior STIBO STEP MDM Consultant
with deep expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have
5+ years of STIBO STEP experience
and a proven track record of leading MDM/PIM projects, integrating with enterprise systems, and improving data governance frameworks. This is a
hands-on technical role
that also requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders, data architects, and integration teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, configuration, and customization of STIBO STEP MDM/PIM solutions.
  • Develop data models, workflows, user interfaces, and business rules in the STIBO platform.
  • Architect and implement integrations between STIBO and ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and data lake systems.
  • Define and implement data governance, stewardship, and quality processes.
  • Perform complex data transformations, cleansing, and enrichment activities.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers in STIBO best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and tune STIBO STEP performance.
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on STIBO STEP MDM/PIM experience, including design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of MDM concepts, data governance, and data quality management.
  • Proficiency with Java, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, SQL, and STIBO customization frameworks.
  • Experience integrating STIBO with ERP (SAP, Oracle), CRM, and other enterprise systems via APIs, ETL, or middleware.
  • Strong understanding of product, customer, and supplier data domains.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Skills

  • STIBO STEP certification.
  • Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Knowledge of DAM integrations and eCommerce syndication.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
