We are currently expanding our ERP development team and looking for a skilled Python Developer with hands-on experience in Odoo (custom modules, integration, and implementation).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (both community and enterprise versions).
  • Write clean, reusable, and efficient Python code aligned with best practices.
  • Integrate third-party tools and APIs with Odoo.
  • Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution architecture.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing Odoo modules and code.
  • Collaborate with the functional and UI/UX teams to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in Python development.
  • At least 1+ years of hands-on Odoo experience (custom module development, ORM, workflows, and QWeb).
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with Linux environments and Git-based version control.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with or other deployment environments.
  • Knowledge of Docker or container-based setups.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks / React) for Odoo web customization.
