  • Customer service:
  • Greet and welcome guests warmly and promptly.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner.
  • Answer guest questions about menu items, promotions, and store services.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and tactfully.
  • Order and payment processing:
  • Take customer orders accurately, whether at the front counter, drive-thru, or through digital systems.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and card transactions.
  • Ensure accuracy in orders and payments, providing correct change to customers.
  • Food and beverage handling:
  • Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes and procedures.
  • Assemble and package orders correctly for dine-in, takeaway, or drive-thru.
  • Assist in prepping food and monitoring inventory levels for food and supplies.
  • Restock supplies, condiments, and utensils as needed.
  • Store operations and maintenance:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, front counter, and food preparation stations.
  • Bus tables, dispose of trash, and perform other routine cleaning tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, including HACCP standards where applicable.
  • Team collaboration:
  • Work effectively with fellow team members and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
