Experience:

· Work Experience: - 0 months to 1 year in Administration Operations

Note: - For fresher candidates, training will be given as per the company norms and schedule

Preferred skills:-

· Must have Communication skills/ Tele-calling skills in English, Marathi, and Hindi

· Must have Knowledge of Microsoft Office etc.

· Should be Enthusiastic for the travelling and passion for Personal travel experience

· Should be passionate for research and planning

Extra skills: -

· A bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a relevant field is a plus.

· Candidates with Social media marketing skills will be preferred

· Attractive Proposal Making, Budgeting, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

· Preparing a Full-fledged itinerary with consideration of travelers' choices along with the consulted options and confirmation of customized travel packages

· Good consultation and advisory to traveler for Selection of destinations/site seeing locations, number of days to spend, based on theme by considering selection of stays and the modes of physical transfers.

· Manage bookings for hotels, including flights, accommodations, and excursions.

· Co-ordination with customer/travelers to ensure the easy and smooth running of the scheduled tour plan by responsibly managing the entire travel cycle i.e. Reconfirm all the bookings, Details and requirement of Visa, Health Checks, Luggage allowanced etc.

· Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the travel.

· Collaborate with suppliers and partners to negotiate competitive prices and exclusive deals.

· Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and safety guidelines to offer informed advice to clients.

· Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

· Utilize CRM systems to manage client information and trip database efficiently.

· Come up with the new plans to increase boost sales by leveraging on social media and other marketing platforms.

Requirements:

· Should be interested in a Travel Consultant role or similar in the travel industry.

· Keen to acquire knowledge of traveling websites, DMCs, and reservation procedures.

· Willing to work in sales to acquire Strong skills and commercial awareness.

· Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.

· Should have a passion for Personal travel experience and a passion for travel.

· Keen to work for customer satisfaction, Attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

· A bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a relevant field is a plus.

· Fluent in English, Marathi & Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

· Should be confident in the workplace.
