Social Media Manager – Kids' Clothing Brand
We are seeking a creative and highly driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence for our kids' clothing eCommerce brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging social media strategies that bring our brand story to life. This role requires a blend of creativity, storytelling, and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of kids' fashion and digital trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Calendar
- Develop and manage a 12-month social media content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal themes.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and storytelling across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
- Content Creation & Visuals
- Plan, design, and execute high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Organize photoshoots and video shoots to showcase products, lifestyle looks, and brand stories.
- Create visuals and graphics that highlight brand values, product quality, and kids' lifestyle appeal.
- Brand Storytelling
- Craft engaging campaigns that connect emotionally with parents and kids.
- Translate product features into relatable, story-driven content.
- Influencer & Community Management
- Identify and collaborate with relevant parent bloggers, kid influencers, and mom communities.
- Build long-term relationships with brand ambassadors to expand reach.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and grow an active community.
- Campaign Execution & Analytics
- Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and other platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs – follower growth, engagement rate, conversions, and ROI.
- Continuously optimize strategies based on insights and performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with design, eCommerce, and marketing teams to sync social content with promotions and product launches.
- Coordinate with customer support to ensure consistent communication with customers.
Requirements
- Proven 2–5 years of experience in managing social media for eCommerce, kids' fashion, or kids' products brands.
- Strong portfolio of content creation (visuals, graphics, reels, and storytelling campaigns).
- Expertise in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, influencer outreach platforms.
- Creative mindset with excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage shoots and direct photographers/models (kids' fashion experience preferred).
- Strong organizational skills to build and execute a yearly content calendar.
