Job Title: RO Water Treatment Technician

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented RO Water Treatment Technician to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment systems. The technician will be responsible for ensuring that water purification systems run efficiently, meet quality standards, and comply with environmental and safety regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor RO water treatment systems, pre-treatment units, and post-treatment equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and service activities including filter changes, membrane cleaning, chemical dosing, and system flushing.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues related to RO systems and associated equipment.
  • Conduct regular water quality testing (TDS, pH, hardness, chlorine, etc.) and adjust processes as necessary to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate logs and records of system performance, maintenance activities, and water quality results.

Knowledge:

  • Understanding of water treatment processes (RO, UF, EDI, softeners, etc.)
  • Familiarity with pumps, valves, PLC systems, and control panels
  • Basic chemistry related to water treatment

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data logging tools)
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
