We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support the company's financial decision-making. The Accountant will be responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, preparing reports, and assisting with audits, tax filings, and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
  • Process payroll and maintain employee expense records (if applicable).
  • Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
  • Provide management with accurate financial reports for decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred).
  • Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP, or similar).
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
