About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Data Operations Executive with a strong engineering foundation and a passion for working with data systems. In this role, you will support the design, maintenance, and optimization of data processes that drive analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to data operations, process automation, and cloud technologies in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data workflows and processes to support business intelligence and reporting.
  • Improve data collection and analysis processes for better scalability and efficiency.
  • Automate data-related tasks, including configuring bots and using Regex for data extraction and cleaning from online sources.
  • Perform data quality checks, validation, and documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data support and actionable insights.
  • Explore and learn tools and technologies related to data extraction, transformation, and automation.
  • Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment where innovation and problem-solving are valued.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Basic knowledge of Python or scripting for data processing.
  • Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar.
  • Exposure to data crawling or data mining concepts.
  • Awareness of tools like Solr, Elasticsearch, or Cassandra is a plus.
  • Understanding of data governance, quality, and security best practices.
  • Interest in containerization or cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, etc.).
