Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Crew Manager located in Noida. The Crew Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, placement, and management of skilled crew members in compliance with operational and legal standards. Day-to-day responsibilities will include maintaining crew records, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, coordinating medical check-ups and training, and liaising with clients and stakeholders to fulfill staffing requirements efficiently. This role requires attention to detail, proactive communication, and organizational capabilities to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Crew Management, Recruitment, and Talent Acquisition
- Knowledge of legal compliance, including RPSL documentation, DG Shipping regulations, and SOPs
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in maritime or manufacturing industry recruitment is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with digital tools for documentation and tracking
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
