Partner with the best

The Project Management Lead is responsible for an assigned portfolio of Projects (Orders) with significant technical complexity and commercial risk. The PM is accountable for project execution, on-time delivery, profit and loss & customer satisfaction. The PM is the primary customer contact and owner of the customer relationship for the duration of each Project.

As a Project Management Lead, you will also be responsible for:

• Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of fast-track oil & gas projects
• Developing and managing detailed project schedules and cost estimates
• Directing and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, Operations, Logistics
• Ensuring strict adherence to HSE, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Driving risk management, change control, and issue resolution processes.
• Serving as primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients
• Preparing and present progress reports, performance metrics, and executive updates

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production)
• Have 6+ years of relevant work experience
• Have a progressive experience in Oil & Gas project management
• Have a strong knowledge of Core supply chain functions and actions
• Have an experience working with international and multicultural teams
• Have an experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) for project tracking and reporting
• Have an U-understanding of incoterms and country based regulations (HSE, quality etc
• Have a knowledge of project planning tools
• Proactive problem-solver with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
• Client-focused with a commitment to delivering value and innovation
• Have an ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions in high-stakes environments
