Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager
Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive the brand's growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing data-driven marketing strategies, executing high-impact campaigns, and managing digital and offline marketing activities to increase brand visibility and customer engagement. Additionally, you will gather and leverage student referrals to attract new students and work towards meeting monthly admission targets to support the institution's growth.This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, creativity, and a deep understanding of current marketing trends and tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities.
Create and oversee content strategy including social media posts, blogs, creatives, and campaigns.
Coordinate with sales and product teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
Conduct tele-calls to existing students for introductions and service explanations.
Arrange meetings and maintain comprehensive student databases.
Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate with the sales department.
Collect and utilize student referrals to drive new student enrolment.
Achieve or exceed monthly admission targets.
Lead and mentor a team.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure timely execution of all marketing activities.
Build partnerships, handle promotional events, and support brand campaigns
Qualifications:
Any Degree.
Excellent communication skills.
Male candidates only.
Experience:
- 2 to 3 year of work experience preferred.
Salary: Negotiable with additional incentives.
Schedule: Day shift.
Location: In-person.
