Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing and creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing visual content across various digital and print platforms to elevate our brand and meet client objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and Creative Execution

  • Design and produce compelling visual content for all digital platforms, including social media posts, ads, website graphics, banners, and email campaigns.
  • Develop visual branding elements, presentations, and marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, pitch decks).
  • Translate marketing objectives and client needs into clear, creative, and aesthetically pleasing designs.
  • Ensure all design output adheres strictly to brand guidelines and quality standards.

Collaboration and Project Management

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and sales teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions on time.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions in a fast-paced environment.

Special Requirements

  • Weekend Availability: Must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays on an urgent basis for critical client requirements, with at least one day's prior notice, as per company policy.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer (Portfolio required).
  • Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools like Figma/Canva Pro).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
