Position: Service Engineer EV

Location: Nagpur / Ch. Sambhajinagar / Pune / MP

Department: After Sales / Service

Experience: 2–5 years (EV / Automobile Industry preferred)

Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech – Electrical / Electronics / Automobile / Mechanical

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle service and maintenance of Electric Vehicles.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to batteries, motors, controllers, chargers, and other EV systems.
  • Provide on-site support to dealers, workshops, and customers for product service & troubleshooting.
  • Conduct regular preventive maintenance and ensure uptime of EVs.
  • Train dealer service staff on EV diagnostics, repair, and safety protocols.
  • Support warranty claim analysis and ensure proper documentation.
  • Provide technical feedback to R&D and Quality teams for continuous product improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company service standards, EHS, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Travel across assigned regions to support dealerships / service points.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Electric Vehicle technology – battery packs (Li-ion), BMS, drive motors, power electronics.
  • Experience in diagnostic tools, CAN protocols, and fault analysis.
  • Good understanding of two-wheeler/three-wheeler servicing.
  • Customer handling & problem-solving ability.
  • Communication, reporting, and training skills.
