Role Overview

We are seeking passionate Full Stack / Backend Developers to join our teams at leading client locations. In this role, you will architect and build scalable, high-performance services that power mission-critical applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java 8 and Spring Boot
  • Architect, build, and integrate microservices-based solutions
  • Leverage AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway) to implement serverless and cloud-native components
  • Implement high-throughput messaging pipelines with Apache Kafka
  • Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate JavaScript modules and ensure seamless full-stack delivery
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives
  • Optimize performance, scalability, reliability, and security of backend systems
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to best-practice standards

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of professional experience in backend or full-stack development
  • Deep expertise in Java 8, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, including serverless (Lambda), compute (EC2), and storage (S3)
  • Proficiency in Apache Kafka for messaging and event-driven systems
  • Strong grasp of JavaScript and RESTful API integration
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, sense of ownership, and collaborative mindset
