Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the slimming and wellness department.
  • Supervise and guide slimming consultants, therapists, and dieticians.
  • Conduct client assessments, review progress, and recommend customized slimming programs.
  • Maintain high standards of client care and ensure measurable outcomes.
  • Achieve monthly targets related to client retention, conversion, and revenue.
  • Train team members on product knowledge, treatment protocols, and sales techniques.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
  • Handle client feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive promotional activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Physiotherapy, or Wellness Management (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of experience in a slimming, wellness, or healthcare setup.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of slimming therapies, body contouring, and wellness treatments.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and achieve business goals.
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
