Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate, located in Bengaluru. The role involves generating leads, conducting market research, and developing strategies to enhance business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include presenting solutions to potential customers, understanding market needs, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders. The individual will collaborate with teams to ensure seamless coordination and achievement of organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create and deliver impactful presentations
  • Experience in lead generation and conducting in-depth market research
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to understand customer needs and build effective relationships
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in sales or business development is a plus
