Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai/Pune/Delhi/Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Delhi/NCR/Kolkata/Ahmedabad for a Founding Leader in Wealth Management. The role involves leading and managing wealth management operations, formulating strategies to attract new clients, and building long-term client relationships. Key responsibilities include developing tailored financial plans, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Founding Leader will also be instrumental in nurturing a high-performing team and ensuring the success of the wealth management division.

This is your role if you are already engaging with clients at these minimum ticket sizes:

 $1M+ for their Gift City fund

 25Cr+ for PMS strategies

 3Cr+ for domestic AIFs

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Financial Planning, Investment Management, and Wealth Structuring.
  • Strong expertise in Strategic Leadership, Relationship Management, and Team Development.
  • Exceptional understanding of Market Analysis, Risk Assessment, and Portfolio Diversification.
  • Familiarity with Regulatory Compliance, Ethical Standards, and Legal Frameworks.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications such as CFP or CFA are highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site role with leadership-level responsibilities.
