LogiSpace is a fast-growing commercial real estate brokerage specializing in managed and flexible office spaces across India. We work with leading operators like WeWork, Cowrks, Smartworks, Awfis, and more to help clients find the right office solutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Executive to join our Mumbai team. This role involves prospecting clients, suggesting properties, arranging and leading site visits across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai, and closing deals in line with monthly sales targets. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable office space options.
  • Coordinate and conduct property visits with clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
  • Develop strong relations with operators such as WeWork, Cowrks, Awfis, Smartworks, and others to ensure priority access to inventory.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent LogiSpace professionally in all client and operator interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred, not mandatory if proven experience).
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
  • Confidence in handling client calls and in-person meetings.
  • Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Thane & Navi Mumbai for site visits.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
