We're Hiring: Senior Tech Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Tech Lead with deep expertise in backend development and system integration. You'll lead the design, development, and deployment of robust, scalable, and cloud-native solutions using Java, Python, and SQL, while guiding teams and shaping our technical strategy.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, driving engineering excellence, and mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architecture and development of microservices-based systems

Design and implement efficient API and integration soluions using REST, Kafka, and messaging patterns

Develop scalable and resilient backend services with a focus on performance and observability

Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end features and functionality

Drive adoption of cloud-native practices, including containerization

Implement best practices in code quality, security, testing, and continuous delivery

Mentor and coach engineers, perform code reviews, and enforce engineering standards

Take ownership of systems and solutions from design to production, including monitoring and incident response

Advocate for scalability, reliability, and system health through proactive performance tuning and observability tooling

Tech Stack & Tools:

Languages: Java, Python, SQL

Frameworks: Spring Boot (preferred), Flask or Django (nice to have)

Messaging & Data Flow: Kafka, Apache NiFi (good to have)
