Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales activities for insulation and MEP products to industrial customers, including cold calling, site visits, and product demonstrations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and increase revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations) to develop marketing strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide technical support to customers on product selection, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets set by management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B industrial, HVAC, Insulation, building materials sales or related field (industrial sales).
  • Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong understanding of building materials industry trends and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction at all levels.
