Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – API Automation
Candidate must have hands-on experience (with API and GUI automation for functional, regression and End to end testing ) and have following technical skillset : Selenium, BDD Framework using Axios, Cucumber, Java, Java script , CI/CD, GIT , Automation reports ( in cucumber And/or Allure) , Data bases ( queries) , Jira, Postman, Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in Automation Testing using tools like Selenium WebDriver

• Proficient in Java, with hands-on scripting and debugging capability

• Familiarity with build and integration tools such as Maven and Jenkins

• Strong background in Manual Testing, with detailed test scenario creation and execution

• Good to have experience testing Salesforce applications – including UI, API, and workflow validations

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
 Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
 Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
 Prior experience in a consulting role or client-facing environment is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
 Experience with Salesforce testing and Agile methodologies
 Knowledge of Salesforce platform and related technologies
 Strong understanding of software testing principles and testing methodologies
 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
 Strong written and verbal communications skills
 Prior Compass experience will be preferred
 Ability to work independently
