Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Account Manager located in Mohali district. The Client Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining long-term relationships. Daily tasks include addressing client queries, providing solutions, monitoring account performance, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and objectives.
