Job Description
As an FM Specialist Core at Nokia, you will play a critical role in the fault management of our 5G SA Core Network. You will work closely with project teams, delivering high-level design reviews and coordinating network integration activities to ensure seamless service delivery. In this dynamic environment, you will manage critical incidents, provide expert problem-solving on escalated issues, and drive resolution within SLA requirements. Your contributions will enhance team performance as you guide colleagues through intricate configuration changes and troubleshoot critical problems.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Manage end-to-end fault incident and problem resolution, ensuring compliance with SLA and OLA requirements.
- Configure and maintain the 5G SA Core Network, coordinating closely with project teams for design reviews and integration activities.
- Prepare, implement, and verify configurations for nodes or systems, documenting methods of procedure (MOP) and work instructions (WI).
- RCA problem-solving with the care team to identify and mitigate underlying issues.
Key Skills And Experience
You have:
- 6-8 years of technical experience in VOLTE IMS.
- Relevant experience with Ericsson IMS Core Domain (5G Core Nodes - HLR, HSS, EIR, UDM, CCDM, CCSM).
- Experience with 5G/LTE/VoLTE E2E call flows.
- Knowledge of Cloud Native Architecture, Microservices, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Expertise in 5G Core IMS Architecture, Interfaces, and Protocols.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience with IMS architecture and related nodes.
- Familiarity with Service Based Architecture concepts and Network Slicing.
