Designation : Graduate Engineer Trainee

Experience : 0 To 1 Years

Qualification :B.E - Metallurgy

Salary : Rs. 16,000 p.m to Rs.18,000 p.m

**Position 2**

Designation : Engineer / Sr.Engineer

Experience: 3 - 8 Years

Qualification: B.E - Metallurgy

Salary : Rs.30,000 p.m To Rs.40,000 p.m

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Mixer Calibration, Compression strength Sample preparation for all mixer
- Daily Process Assurance log, Calibration report & Board update
- Sand testing for new sand and reclamation sand.
- In-process testing (Compression strength, Core and mold hardness, Coating Baume testing)
- Process witness (Moulding and core making, Mould closing & pouring)
- Attended daily knockout meeting.
- Random Pouring witness on daily basis.
- Closing witness for all special grades (Duplex and Inconel Grades) and NC items.
- Update the Process observation/Deviation record, Moulding & Core Rejection record.
- Inward raw material testing (Resin, Hardener, Coating, Silica sand and Chromite sand)
- Pattern inspection based on heat plan & Pattern release and entry in FMS (Verification of Method card, Marking, NCR & High welding rod)
- Pattern review high welding rod patterns and updating in system.
- Monitoring material storage and stock details.
- Mold & core curing time follow up and communication given to melting.
- Run chart update on daily basis.
- Trial for new product development, follow up and report making.
- LECO gas analysis sample taking (Random-Special Grades) and sent to lab for gas analysis purpose.
- Outsource lab testing follow up.
- Defect analysis and making report.
- Implementation and Maintaining 5S system.
