We are currently seeking a QA Core Banking-Transact to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Job Title: QA - Core Banking (Transact)

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Quality Analyst with expertise in the banking sector, specifically in Core Banking (Transact).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, test scenarios for various Transact projects.

• Perform functional testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), regression testing, user accepatance testing and non-functional testing.

• Review business requirements and system specs to define test scope approach and plans

• Collaborate with cross functional teams and manage defect resolution and reporting

• Drive upstream quality improvements with BA, design and development teams

• Requires Temenos testing experience with strong domain knowledge in SME/Corporate lending.

• Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies and JIRA Confluence

• Must be systematic, proactive and capable of leading distributed teams effectively

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years as Core banking - QA.

• Proven experience as a Quality Analyst in the banking sector.

• In-depth knowledge of multiple modules (including Arrangement Architecture AA) of Core Banking Transact.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management principles.

• Strong communication stakeholder management and team leadership skills
