Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position as an L3 Networking specialist focusing on Routing and Fortinet solutions. The role is based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include supporting and managing complex network infrastructures, ensuring optimal performance of network systems, resolving network issues, implementing security protocols, and providing technical expertise to optimize routing and firewall systems. The candidate will also work closely with clients to address their technical requirements while ensuring service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Network Administration and Networking, with experience in managing complex network infrastructures.
  • Strong skills in Network Security and implementing firewall and routing protocols, particularly Fortinet solutions.
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and provide technical solutions.
  • Certifications such as CCNP, Fortinet NSE, or equivalent are advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to dynamic challenges.
