Sikich is seeking a proactive and experienced Delivery Manager to lead project execution and team operations within the Software Services and Insurtech domain. This role involves managing delivery timelines, mentoring team members, supporting recruitment efforts, and ensuring operational excellence across geographies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project delivery, stakeholder management, and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of software and insurtech projects, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met..
- Define delivery plans, allocate resources, manage timelines, and track execution.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and regulatory/ compliance requirements.
- Align delivery goals with business objectives across US and India teams.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to define role requirements.
- Participate in candidate screening and interview processes.
- Support onboarding of new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the team.
- Coordinate pre-onboarding logistics including hardware, access, and documentation.
Team Mentoring & Development
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance check-ins.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members for career growth.
- Identify training needs and support learning initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
- Performance Management including annual assessments
Operational Oversight
- Track team out of office requests , compensatory offs, and update FTO calendar.
- Manage asset inventory and ensure timely provisioning of hardware/software.
- Coordinate ID card issuance, access setup, and workspace readiness.
- Support monthly salary inputs and bonus/credit coordination.
Governance & Compliance
- Ensure timely completion of background verification (BGV) processes.
- Participate in internal committees such as POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment).
- Maintain documentation and audit readiness for delivery operations.
Communication & Reporting
- Prepare and share delivery status reports with stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal newsletters and updates.
- Host monthly team meetings and represent delivery updates.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 810 years of experience in delivery/project management in IT or Insurtech.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and client delivery models.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheets, HRMS platforms, and collaboration tools.
- Proven ability to mentor teams and support recruitment processes.
