Role & responsibilities

  • 100% Outbound sales calls per day)
  • Demonstrate commitment to consultative sales in service of client goals.
  • Manage a portfolio (book of business) of small business clients with responsibility for revenue for their business and meta.
  • Prioritize outreach plans across your assigned portfolio based on understanding of clients and their needs.
  • Research and discover fundamental understanding of vertical(s)/market(s) industry and client business models.
  • Experienced and well versed with local business nuances to customise the experience for local advertisers.
  • Identify sales opportunities and provide clients with tailored solution(s) to meet their goal(s)
  • Personalize client recommendations to suit varying needs.
  • Improve clients experiences by consulting on optimal and appropriate product adoption.
  • Proactively and reactively engage with clients to frequently assess product performance for the client and provide insights to optimise.
  • Share ideas to improve ad products and the customer experience.
  • Develop expert working knowledge of Metas advertising solutions (including measurement) and what impacts performance.
  • Exhibit curiosity by actively teaching self and others.
