Role Overview

We are looking for a Delivery Manager who brings not only strong project and stakeholder management experience but also deep technical expertise and architectural capability. This role requires someone who can lead delivery teams, review solution architectures, and guide technical decisions while ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction.

This is an ideal role for a senior technical leader who has grown beyond pure coding/architecture into end-to-end delivery ownership but still enjoys being hands-on in technology discussions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end delivery of digital solutions (web, mobile, analytics, AI/ML).
  • Provide technical leadership across multiple projects reviewing designs, architectures, and technical approaches.
  • Work closely with clients and leads to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing designs.
  • Stay hands-on in technical discussions, PoCs, and solutioning while balancing delivery execution.
  • Define and enforce best practices for architecture, coding, DevOps, and cloud-native deployments.
  • Act as the primary client-facing delivery lead, ensuring stakeholder confidence and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with sales/pre-sales teams to scope solutions, estimate effort, and contribute to proposals/SOWs.
  • Mentor and upskill delivery teams on modern technologies, frameworks, and architecture patterns.
  • Track and manage delivery financials, resourcing, and risks across projects.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8-10 years of IT industry experience with at least 3-4 years in delivery/technical leadership roles.
  • Strong technical background in custom application development ), mobile (Flutter/React Native), and front-end frameworks (React/Angular/Vue).
  • Hands-on experience with architecture and system design — microservices, REST/GraphQL APIs, cloud-native apps.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevOps/CI-CD practices.
  • Exposure to AI/ML projects, Analytics, or data engineering is a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of scalable architectures, performance optimization, and security best practices.
  • Proven ability to balance technical leadership with delivery ownership.
  • Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Certifications in cloud (AWS/Azure Architect), Agile/Scrum, or PMP are desirable.
