We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
  • Generate leads, maintain follow-ups, and convert prospects into customers.
  • Explain product/service features clearly and persuasively.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer feedback.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or similar role (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • High level of patience and customer service orientation.

Education & Experience:

  • Graduate.
  • 2–3 years of telecalling or customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
