Job Responsibilities
  • Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
  • Managing workers and delegating them respective work
  • Having knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing processes
  • Integrate systemic documentation periodically
  • Handling internal and customer quality issues with immediate action plan
  • Have decision making skills for Q issues for sheet metal stamping, welding, powder coating process
  • Handling customer and ISO Audit
  • Handle Incoming Inspection
  • Analyzes data by completing hypothesis, and process capability analysis tests.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; making recommendations.
  • Preparation of CAPA & SCAP
  • Reviewing and updation of all QA documentation
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving them on immediate procedural basis
  • Layout Inspection.
