  • Vendor Management:
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential vendors.
  • Negotiate terms to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across company social media platforms.
  • Track analytics and engagement metrics to improve brand visibility.
  • Respond to queries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Business Inquiries Handling:
  • Manage and respond to new customer and vendor queries (via email, calls, and web platforms).
  • Provide accurate product and company information to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • IndiaMART Management:
  • Regularly update product listings, prices, and company details.
  • Handle queries and leads generated through IndiaMART.
  • Ensure prompt follow-ups and conversion of leads into business opportunities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹65,754.08 per month

Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
