As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 10 sales professionals, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining essential sales data using Google Sheets and Excel. Your ability to manage and motivate the team while ensuring accurate and timely reporting will be key to the success of our sales initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**: Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 10 sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- **Sales Coordination**: Facilitate communication between the sales team, management, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update sales data, reports, and analytics using Google Sheets and Excel. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all sales reports.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and monitor team performance, providing regular feedback and support to ensure high levels of productivity.
- **Client Interaction**: Assist the sales team in managing client relationships, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the sales department and implement best practices.
- **Support**: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales presentations, coordinating meetings, and managing schedules.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a sales coordination role, preferably in the retail or wholesale industry.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, with the ability to manage large datasets and create complex reports.
- Experience in leading and managing a sales team of at least 10 people.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
