Roles and Responsibilities :

Able to Drive Meetings to gather Requirements from Business and to Collaborate with CPI teams to integrate Employee Central with other HR systems and applications.

• Need to interface with all stakeholders and help team with requirements, estimations, reviews and leading from the front.

• Hands on experience on the business knowledge of various HR processes to create or manage data in the Employee Profile.

• Manage employee data, ensuring accuracy and completeness in the Employee Central.

• Collaborate with CPI teams to integrate Employee Central with other HR systems and applications.

• Configure and maintain the Employee Central system to meet organizational requirements.

• Provide support to end-users, addressing queries and issues related to the Employee Central system.

• Knowledge and experience of processes and configurations in Employee Central and its integration with other SF modules as well as on SAP on premise HCM

• Good working knowledge in Azure Dev ops as end user.

• Good knowledge of FO, MDF objects, Employee Profile, Rules and Workflows.

• Good knowledge in configuration of EC with Time and Position Management etc.

• Experience to monitor Execution Manager Dashboard for Middle ware Integrations.
