Role & responsibilities
Key task are as under :-
- Benchmarking efficiency parameters across the plants and assessing their financial impact
- Perform monthly plant wise product wise cost benchmarking and provide cost benefit analysis
- Coordinating with the Costing Team to reconcile data with the Trial Balance, analysing deviations, setting benchmarks, and identifying improvement areas.
- Monitoring and controlling SG&A (Selling, General & Administrative) expenses, ensuring alignment with the budget and last year's benchmarks, providing insights to management, and collaborating with stakeholders for effective cost control.
- Developing the annual SG&A budget for Cement and RMX businesses.
- Preparing monthly KPI and costing presentations for management review.
- Prepare monthly stock reports detailing all movements of Finished Goods (FG) and Semi-Finished Goods (SFG).
- Assist in preparing quarterly Board presentations.
- Support in preparation of monthly reports, including MBR and MPR, primarily focusing on costing slides.
- Develop and focus on new cost-saving reports by analyzing innovative ideas and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Plant visit and engage with the plant team to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Analysis of key sales and Logistics line items
