About the Role:
We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our team in Hyderabad. As a Personal Assistant, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage email correspondence, schedule meetings, and coordinate with internal departments
Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries as needed
Handle administrative tasks, such as data collection and research
Maintain calendars, organize travel arrangements, and make reservations
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to queries
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month
