Job Title: Accounts & Finance Intern

Location: Indore

Stipend: 8,000 per month

Duration: 3 months / 6 months, extendable based on performance

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on experience in accounting, finance, and corporate compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations (voucher entries, bookkeeping, reconciliations).
  • Support in preparing financial reports, MIS, and documentation.
  • Handle invoice processing, vendor payment tracking, and expense management.
  • Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work.
  • Maintain accurate records of receipts, payments, and ledgers.
  • Support internal and external audits with required documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for financial data collection and verification.
  • Learn and apply financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or completed B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with Tally/Zoho Books/QuickBooks (added advantage).
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
