Job Title: Business Development Officer (BDO)

Company: NBFC 

Experience: 1-5 years in sales, preferably in Gold Loan, CASA Sales, or banking/finance sales

Salary: Up to 3.00 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA) + Incentives + Other Benefits

Age: Up to 32 years

Job Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer (BDO) to join our team at Finance Bank As a BDO, you'll drive business growth, build relationships, and provide financial solutions to our customers. If you're a sales Rockstar, we want you on board

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads and acquire customers for Gold Loans and CASA accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Meet sales targets and achieve business goals
- Conduct financial analysis and creditworthiness assessments
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- 1-5 years of sales experience in Gold Loan, CASA Sales, or banking/finance sales
- Proven sales track record and ability to meet targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Finance, Business, or related fields)
