Eligibility Criteria:

 Gender: Male candidate preferred

 Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.  Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.

Required Skill Set:

 Proficiency in spoken and written English, Hindi, and Marathi

 Strong command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) with good speed and accuracy.

 Excellent problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.  Strong email and verbal communication skills.

 Good understanJob Responsibilities

:  Analyse and understand customer technical issues and requirements to recommend suitable solutions or services

 Provide customer support via email, WhatsApp, and phone; maintain a daily log of customer complaints and prepare reports

 Travel across India for site visits related to commissioning, installation, and repair of products.

 Perform in-house and on-site troubleshooting and repair, testing of products; prepare detailed service reports

 Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers for spares, site visits, and repair work

 Follow up with customers via email and phone to secure orders, negotiate terms, and verify purchase orders (POs)

 Process POs in the system and coordinate with internal teams for order execution; submit order acceptance and follow up on payments  Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly service reports

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12, ₹17,000.00 per month
