Position: Digital Marketing Support Executive

Experience:
0–6 Months in Digital Marketing (Certification in DM required if fresher)

Location:
Gurgaon (Permanent Work from Office)

Shift:
24/7 Rotational (Flexibility to work in night shifts)

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong documentation and comprehension skills – ability to clearly understand and articulate customer issues.
  • Good composition skills – ability to draft grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written responses.
  • Ability to concentrate, follow through, and resolve customer issues without distraction.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficient in using desktop systems, Windows, Microsoft Office, and internet resources.
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on handling issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates ownership in resolving complex customer issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and special events.
  • Willingness to work overtime if required.
  • Strong logical and rational problem-solving approach.
  • Self-disciplined, action-oriented, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling and resolving complex technical/customer queries.
  • Acting as an escalation channel to drive resolution of B2B queries.
  • Detecting and tracking app defects and inconsistencies.
  • Driving continuous improvement through root cause identification and defect elimination.
