Responsibilities- Oversee systems designs within the scope of the broader area, and review product or system development code to solve problems.
- Provide technical leadership and direction for the team. Drive the direction and definition of the road-map and initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional partners, and managing full-stack development to support these initiatives.
- Mentor and grow a team of engineers, fostering a culture of prototyping, experimentation, engineering, and focus while developing and maintaining new features.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
- Serve as the key technical leader in collaborations with teams across YouTube. Set and communicate team priorities that support the broader organization's goals. Align strategy, processes, and decision-making across teams.
