Responsibilities- Drive, design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance features of the creator success effort and code base.
- Partner and collaborate with related engineering teams, product management, and program management to influence the roadmap to ensure the timely development of high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with, mentor, and develop junior team members, contribute to the long-term technical roadmap, identify new patterns, and explore reusable and scalable implementation solutions. Spot new opportunities and future needs.
- Drive projects with less supervision.
- Guide decisions across multiple teams and contribute to long-term platform goals.
