Employee is responsible for developing and executing both sales and market research strategies, analyzing data to find market trends and customer preferences, and using those insights to inform sales tactics and business decisions. Key duties include managing research projects, analyzing market data, presenting findings to leadership, and collaborating with other departments like sales and product development. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Core responsibilities

  • Market Research: Design, implement, and manage market research projects using both qualitative (surveys, focus groups) and quantitative methods to gather data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse and interpret data to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive advantages. Prepare detailed reports and presentations with actionable insights for senior management.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies, set sales targets, and monitor performance against objectives. Use market research insights to identify new opportunities and guide sales efforts.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to align strategies, ensure brand consistency, and integrate research findings into business decisions.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple research and sales projects from inception to completion, often overseeing a small team of analysts.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and external research agencies.

Key skills and qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's/ master's degree in marketing or Pulp & Paper.
  • Experience: Years (Paper Industry)
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SPSS, or similar software.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting findings to various stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategies based on data-driven insights.

Remuneration: INR 8-12 LPA

Location:- Kala- Amb (H.P)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
