Job Description:

1. Accounting & Financial Management

  • Maintain and finalize books of accounts as per accounting standards (Ind AS).

  • Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing.

  • Monitor daily accounting transactions, inventory, and cost control.

2. Taxation & Compliance

  • Handle GST returns, reconciliations, input credit, and assessments.

  • Manage TDS, Income Tax returns, and Tax Audit requirements.

3. Costing & Budgeting

  • Prepare and analyze cost sheets, BOM, and product-wise profitability reports.

  • Develop cost control measures and support management in pricing decisions.

  • Prepare annual budgets and variance analysis reports.

4. Audit & Internal Control

  • Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for smooth audit completion.

  • Implement internal financial controls and ensure proper documentation.

  • Identify areas of process improvement and financial risk management.

5. MIS & Management Reporting

  • Prepare monthly MIS reports on sales, production, expenses, and margins.

  • Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.

  • Support management in financial planning and strategy.

Qualifications & Skills Required:


• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified from ICAI.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in a manufacturing company.

  • Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Company Law.

  • Hands-on experience in Tally ERP / SAP / Zoho Books or similar ERP software.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65, ₹100,000.00 per month
