Job Description:Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer/Architect to manage the design, implementation, and execution of various civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, structural engineering, and hands-on construction management. They will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:Architectural and Structural Design:Develop and review architectural and structural designs for a variety of civil projects. Ensure designs meet all necessary safety, sustainability, and compliance standards. Collaborate with other engineers and architects to refine and improve design concepts.

Project Management:Oversee the entire lifecycle of civil engineering projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

Construction Management:Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues that arise during construction. Manage on-ground operations, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Estimation and Evaluation:Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects. Evaluate and analyze project costs, identifying potential areas for savings and efficiency improvements. Monitor and report on project financials, ensuring alignment with budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect (RA) license preferred.

Minimum of (X) years of experience in architectural design, structural engineering, and construction management. Proven track record of successfully managing and executing large-scale civil projects. Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis tools. Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
